IMPORTANT INDEPENDENT OPERATOR DISCLOSURE:
Walmart Pallet Yard operates as an independent commercial wholesale liquidator, surplus clearance warehouse, and secondary-market distributor. We purchase and resell surplus inventory, shelf pulls, overstocks, and customer returns. Walmart Pallet Yard is not owned, operated by, sponsored by, or an official authorized subsidiary of Walmart Inc. All product brand names, trademarks, and registered marks referenced on this website remain the property of their respective owners.

1. Wholesale Commercial Agreement

By accessing this website, registering an account, or requesting quotes and placing orders with Walmart Pallet Yard, you acknowledge and agree that transactions on this website are conducted on a business-to-business (B2B) and wholesale liquidation basis.

2. "As-Is" Condition & Nature of Liquidation Inventory

All pallets, truckloads, and lots offered through Walmart Pallet Yard consist of surplus clearance, excess inventory, shelf pulls, and customer returns sourced through retail secondary markets. Unless explicitly noted as "Brand New In Box", merchandise is sold strictly "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" without manufacturer warranties.

3. Manifests & Piece Count Variances

When provided, lot manifests represent itemization received from source clearance channels. Due to the high-volume nature of retail liquidation, manifests are subject to an industry-standard variance of (+/- 5%).

4. Freight Logistics & Invoicing Process

Online checkout initiates an order reservation and preliminary pro-forma invoice. Commercial freight shipping charges are calculated based on your destination zip code, unloading capabilities (commercial dock vs. residential liftgate), and freight carrier rates. Final invoices will include customized freight rates before dispatch.

5. All Sales Final Policy

Due to the wholesale liquidation nature of our products and freight transportation logistics, all sales are final upon payment and dispatch. Buyers are encouraged to review manifests, images, and item descriptions prior to purchase.
