Shipping Policy

1. Freight Shipping Process

All pallets are shipped via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight carriers. Once your order is placed and payment is secured, our warehouse team will wrap, band, and prepare your pallet for transit within 1-2 business days.

2. Liftgate Services

If your delivery location does not have a loading dock or a forklift, you must request Liftgate Service at checkout. The carrier will use a hydraulic lift to lower the pallet to the ground. Additional fees apply for this service.

3. Receiving Your Freight

You or an authorized representative must be present to sign for the delivery. IMPORTANT: Please inspect the pallet for any visible damage or tampering before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL). If there is damage, you must note it on the BOL before the driver leaves.

4. Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our Lincolnton, NC warehouse (1470 Gaston St Suite 600). Buyers must bring an appropriate vehicle (box truck, pickup truck, or trailer) capable of safely transporting heavy pallets. We will load the pallet onto your vehicle free of charge using our forklifts.
