Pallets containing customer returns, salvage, or overstock merchandise are sold strictly "AS-IS". This means there is no guarantee of condition, functionality, or retail value. We do not inspect or test individual items within a pallet.
If a pallet is sold with a manifest, please note that manifests are provided by the retailer and are subject to a standard +/- 5% variance in piece count or value. Shortages within this variance are not eligible for compensation.
If your pallet is severely damaged in transit by the freight carrier, you must refuse the delivery or note the damage in detail on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing. Once signed clear, the carrier assumes the freight was delivered in good condition, and claims cannot be filed.
