Absolutely not. We pride ourselves on offering 100% untouched loads. What we receive from the retailer is exactly what we sell to you.

How much is freight shipping?

Freight shipping costs vary depending on the destination zip code, weight, and whether you require a liftgate. You can request a freight quote during checkout, and our logistics team will find the most competitive LTL rate for you.

Are the items tested or guaranteed to work?

We sell customer returns, overstock, and salvage merchandise. Condition varies by pallet. Unless explicitly sold as "New/Overstock", items are untested and sold AS-IS. This is standard in the liquidation industry and is reflected in the deeply discounted wholesale pricing.

Can I pick up my order locally?

Yes! Local pickup is available at our Lincolnton, NC warehouse (1470 Gaston St Suite 600). Please select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout and wait for an email confirming that your order is ready for loading.

Do I need a reseller permit to buy?

While we encourage you to have a reseller permit (tax exemption certificate) to avoid paying sales tax, it is not strictly required to purchase from us unless specified on a particular lot.
